BioI am a writer from Red Bank, New Jersey, who, after some big changes in my life at the end of 2006, have spent the last year working towards getting a position teaching English in Central Europe. Last May, it happened, and I was offered a position teaching at Brno English Centre in Brno, Czech Republic, about 2 hours southeast of Prague.
This journal is intended for my friends and family to check in on me to see how I'm doing, as well as for me to post general messages and pictures of my adopted town.
I am hoping to keep getting articles published while I'm in Brno, and I will definitely keep writing, regardless.
I hope that people will take advantage of this site to learn about a part of the world usually ignored by America.
